Biography Of Chamillionaire: Seriki (born November 28, 1979), best known by his stage name Chamillionaire, is an American rapper and entrepreneur who rose to prominence in the early 1990s.

He was a founding member of The Color Changin’ Click and a founding member of the group from 2001 until the group’s dissolution in 2005. After launching his solo career in 2002 with local releases, including the joint album Get Ya Mind Correct with fellow Houston rapper and boyhood buddy Paul Wall, he went on to tour internationally. In 2005, he signed with Universal Records and released his first album, The Sound of Revenge, on the Universal label. “Turn It Up,” with Lil’ Flip, and the number-one, Grammy-winning smash “Ridin’,” starring Krayzie Bone of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, were among the songs included on the album. Ultimate Victory was released in 2007, and it was unique for the fact that it did not include any vulgarity. Chamillionaire is also well-known for his highly anticipated Mixtape Messiah series, which spanned from 2004 to 2009 and was well anticipated at the time.

In 2011, Chamillionaire parted ways with Universal Records, resulting in the cancellation of his planned third studio album, Venom. After leaving the label, he released his first independent extended play, Ammunition, in March 2012, which was hailed as his first significant release since leaving the label. Chamillionaire was born in Washington, D.C., to a Muslim Nigerian father and an African-American Christian mother, and the family relocated to Houston, Texas, when he was four years old. Chamillionaire’s parents divorced while he was in his early adolescent years. Acres Homes is a community in northwest Houston that he chose for his new home. He went to Jersey Village High School with rap collaborator Paul Wall, with whom he has collaborated on many projects.

Chamillionaire announced the birth of his kid on May 14, 2010, in a video diary posted on his website. He points out that his son’s given name, Xavier, is derived from the French phrase “new house.” He has remarked that despite his being from Texas, he has always been an avid supporter of the Los Angeles Lakers, according to Chamillionaire. His next statement is, “I’m well aware that some people believe I’m jumping on the Lakers bandwagon because they’re a hot team right now, but I’ve been with the Lakers when they were a team that no one was really pulling for.”

On June 3, 2010, the bank foreclosed on Chamillionaire’s third mortgage property, which was his primary residence. The rapper told TMZ in a public video that he had handed it back to the bank after paying just over US$2 million on it and that it had been a horrible investment in which he had never participated that it had been a bad investment.
